Fees:
$500 EDR Report PDF and CSV(if available)
$300 per hour of time to do the download (minimum of one hour)--estimates available upon request, but many unknown factors could make the download more time-consuming, including accessing the EDR module or getting power to the vehicle.
$300 per hour travel time plus actual travel expenses
(Compensated at federal milage rate of 62.5 cents per mile or actual cost of flight/car rentals etc. if using air travel)
You can expect to receive your data within 30 minutes of completed data recovery.

All recoveries will be emailed in a PDF and/or CSV file. Requests can be made for USB/CD/DVD copies as well as physical copies for an additional fee of $20 each.
Please review the following terms and conditions thoroughly:
1. Billings Black Box reserves the right to assess order details prior to order acceptance and reserves the right to refuse any and all orders.
2. Before retaining our services, you acknowledge and accept that we may or may not be able to recover any data, and you assume the risk that any recovered data may be corrupt or unusable. In the event data is unrecoverable, corrupted, defective or otherwise unusable, a refund will not be issued.
3. The requester of the data MUST make and confirm all necessary legal arrangements to access the vehicle and be granted permission to download the data. If the vehicle is inaccessible at the agreed upon site at the agreed upon date and time, the requester is obligated to pay for reasonable time and travel expenses, however, the requester will not be obligated to pay the contracted download fee.
